Recruitment Process
If you are interested in joining the LCES clan, go to the recruitment tab and fill out an application. Please be sure that your application is filled out completely, and in detail. The better your application is, the better the chance that you will be accepted. We can assure you that being a member of the LCES clan will definately be fun, but at the same time very serious. We have a very strict selection process to ensure that our members are all posess a high, professional standard. All applicants must be a minimum of 13 years of age.
The LCES Clan currently has five main departments. Theses include: Police Department; the main division of our community. Traffic Safety Department; who focuses on Traffic Management. Liberty City EMS; our emergency medical services providers, Liberty City Fire Department; the firefighters of Liberty City, and Liberty City Communication Operatoins (LCCO); our dispatchers.
How to Join:
1. Fill out an application on the recruitment page. Remember to fill out the application as detailed as possible! Once you submit your application, please allow up to 48 hours for review of your application. This process typically will not take this long, however in rare cases it could.
2. Once your application is approved, you will move onto the interview stage. A Public Relations officer will provide you with our TeamSpeak server, where you can come on and begin your interview. The interview could take 5-15 mins. After the interview is complete, the interviewer will review your application material, and inform you your status within the LCES clan (whether you passed or failed!).
3. After you are accepted into LCES, you can request training. Training consists of a thirty minute classroom like session, where you learn the 10-Codes, procedures, command structure, handbook, etc. Once your classroom portion of the training, you move onto the in-game portion of training. You will go in-game and complete a driving course, weapons course, traffic stop course, and more. This training could take up to an hour. Once you complete both the classroom portion and in-game portion, you are a probotionary member within the clan!
Note: You will gain access to the clan modification pack, forums, and more once you are accepted into the clan.
